J - 8 Days

I would like to introduce to you the newest addition to our neighborhood...Mister J, came into this world on October 14, 2012 early in the am, weighing in at 7 lbs....

I had the pleasure of photographing him this week.......and it is uncanning how much he looks like his older brother...

I am excited to have another little boy to cuddle and spoil...Congratulations to all of you and welcome Mr. J.....

October has been a busy month with the start of the soccer season......and routine has begun, well we are now used to it...lol

I have had many a sessions this month that have made me smile.....we received our first snow fall

Here are some sneak peeks to what I have been up to this Month....

The Toms family.....we spent some time wandering through the park in St. Albert making funny faces, trying to get over wet obstacles and beat the rain...thank-you Toms family.

 

 

In then met with the Lehr family that I have known for a few years and we spent some time wandering around Wood Bridge before the cold got to us and decided to move indoors.....thank-you Lehr family.....

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the Knapp, Bolinski, Marten Family...where we tried to get some outdoor stuff but again the cold got the best of us and we decided to head inside to Commerce Place...

 

 

 Thank-you to all the family that I have had the opportunity to capture over the past couple of weeks, try and stay warm..

Two becomes One and Families

I was witness to the union of two families that are now one....Velvet & Peter tied the knot on Friday, October 12, 2012 in a intimate ceremony, surrounded by close family and friends....

We spent the day at Fort Edmonton Park with some old school charm followed by a beautiful reception at Egge's Barn....The colors were perfect and the simplicity of it all, made it elegant and beautiful....I want to wish them many years of happiness and love......

It was surreal for me...that things in life come full circle.......I have known the bride since venturing off to Nait....we lost touch...only to reconnect later in life and I am honored and blessed to have been witness to there wedding...

Thank-you and congratulations to you all, V, P, S and A....Enjoy your honeymoon in Mexico and see you when you return....

I then spent the morning with the Skoreyko Family, who is also owners of the Retreat Salon and Spa, where the make me beautiful on a regular basis...lol....Ms. G is a cute as button...we ventured around the farm.....looking at sheep, cows, throwing rocks in the pond and playing fetch with the dog.....we stopped at the end of the yard to have a look at the old cars.... thank-you A and M....Here are some sneak peeks for you!!

Thanksgiving is upon us...HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO EVERYONE OUT THERE.....

The beginning of October has come with much to be thankful for.....

I am thankful for all the friends and family I have in my life....from the smallest moments to the largest laughs...to the many girls nights, giggles, to wine nights, to dinners......Simple moments of spending time together, enjoying each other's company, reading a book......to talking on the phone...to moments of encouragement...we have much to be thankful for and I could say more but will leave you with....To all my friends and family, thank-you...xoxo

I am thankful to all the wonderful clients, fellow photographers, sessions and opportunity I have had as a photographer....I am honored and blessed to being doing what I love.....To all my clients and fellow photographers, I say thank-you!

Here is what I have been up to this past weekend......................

I began this weekend with C, C and I who are getting married in 2013, she is a dear friend of my sisters and also holds a special place in our hearts as she was my sons tutor and become a dear friend to our family.

I would like to send them out a big congratulations on there engagement.............and look forward to the celebration to come.....

 

I then met up with the C family...and what a pleasure they were to work with...The wind never let up on us that day and I am so glad that I have such amazing clients who are up for anything.....Thank-you to T, A, N and G....

 

Today we had a session with a wonderful family who I have know for many of years.....when we ventured out of Fort Saskatchewan and moved to another Fort....this was one of the first families we ever met...I have watched over the years there children grow and have many a memories with them...I am so happy that they are closer to us so we can again embark on many adventures as before......This session holds a special meaning to them as this is the first session that they have had together as a whole....her parents arrived from Nova Scotia to celebrate Thanksgiving and we surprised them.....Thank-you to M and W for being here and to the Hamel family for giving me the opportunity to photograph you today.....

While at the Devonian Gardens I also had to opportunity to do a little casual shooting.....here is what I saw....
