It's been busy over here at SG Imagery

It has been a busy past couple of weeks over here at SG Imagery...lots of creativeness, building and restocking of props...I am loving every minute of it and the creativity that has come along with it.

Thank you to all those individuals that I have collaborated with me to make everything that I have done up until now a success.

For all those people who trusted me with their images. I say Thank you

Welcome Ms. K - 15 days New

Here is our story....

I have known this family all my life...I grew up just down the street and as a child I spent many a days with them...playing Barbie's, dolls, going to the park, playing outside, eating over, sleeping over...being kids....

We giggled the other day because as kids we always asked each set of parents what was for dinner in a sly way to see which was the better menu for the night...lol...we always got the famous answer of "Stewed bugs and onions" OR "Poop on a stick"...both of us tell our own children that....

She comes from a family of 7 and I a family of 6 so the chaos of what comes with a big family, we embrace....

We may not see each other often but there is comfort in a childhood friend...there is a family connection that will never be lost...

This session reminded me of OHANA, which means family. Family means no one gets left behind or forgotten.

This family has opened up their hearts and home to Ms. K and as you are reading this, know that she is greatly loved.

They wanted to do something special to mark Ms. K's arrival into their home, here are some pictures of our session together.

A ballerina in the making?

Family

She was an excellent subject, barely fussing and I can't wait to watch this little one grow.  I truly hope that she is yours forever because you couldn't ask for a better family to love her.

It was so nice to catch up and thank you for trusting me to create this beautiful memory for you.

P.S. A shout out to all the knitters out there for making these beautiful hats, Kristi Livingstone.

Fall/Winter

Falter which happens to be a combination of Fall/Winter and these 3 children braved the cold for me yet again and I think they did a fantastic job.

Many years ago, I met this family on much similar circumstances, I didn't know them and they didn't know me but we met for the first time to have a family session done in the bitter cold of winter and I can now proudly say that I have been watching their
children grow for years.  They are a family I can proudly call friends...

Throwback throughout the years.............

Thank you to this family as it has been a pleasure watching them grow up!
