Day 38 & 39 - Teaser

Yesterday, I spent the day with a stunning bride and groom, I have been looking forward to there wedding since we met met last November.....J & J are a fun loving, easy going couple, and had a fantastic bridal party....Everyone loves to laugh, which made for such an enjoyable afternoon.....I was thrilled and honoured to be a part of there special day and I wish them all the happiness in the world...enjoy your honeymoon! xox

Day 37 - Silhouette

So I guess I kinda of cheating because I am posting early but I have a busy couple of days coming....

This took me a few shots to get...lol...cause children always stand still and do exactly what you say...lol

I took this shot of my boys when they were very young too in 2008 (posted below) and who can resist the silhouette of a child.

They are 15 months apart and best friends!! Can't do anything without the other!

Tomorrow will be my last post for a while...I have an extremely busy weekend ahead of me, I am meeting with a great bunch of girls, who all walked/ran for Uncover the Cure, Cancer Below the Waist. Saturday, I have a wedding that I am so looking forward to... I will try and post on Sunday before we leave but no promises...and will be away until the 11th of August...we are heading out for some fun in the sun in B.C...I will continue the 365 Challenge while away...Again thank-you for all the wonderful comments and for checking back, ENCOURAGEMENT IS MOTIVATION...Cheers have a good one!! :)

Day 36 - Passion

My sister is following her passion for doing hair....she is currently is school in Edmonton and will be finished in September.....

She has a passion and a love for what she does.....she brings a uniqueness to the table with her personality and flare for life.

I know she is gonna be great.

I am so proud of her that words can't describe it......here's to always following your dreams!!



P.S. She is also a make-up artist!! Woo hoo for me!! :)

Day 35 - I have this sign hanging in my front entrance which always makes me giggle.......I know this picture is kinda of blah but I had to share....lol

I blame my mom for giving me an obsession for shoes......her philosophy was always if you can't find what you are looking for outfit wise you can always find a great pair of shoes.....

lol...and believe me...I have a lot of shoes!!

Day 34 - Memories

Day 34 - Okay so I promised myself that I would put my Macro lenses away but I can't help myself....I admit it...I love it...

This picture will mean nothing to most people....its a beautiful magical fairy holding a gem stone....

But to me this picture holds memories and meaning...it was given to to me by a special girlfriend who I have not seen since I was 15.....

It was a summer I will never forget!!

Sweet Shot Tuesday

This is my daughter's favourite shot....... I went with my family to Reptile World in Drumheller, where they have over 200 reptiles and amphibians, wow.....I can handle lizards, frogs, alligators, all of that BUT......I have a fear of snakes.....everyone else in my family loves them or is fasinated by them, so for me this was not my favourite stop, but I still tried to make the best of it......

Day 31 - Golf

This is a for a game we call "Golf"...something that we do that is suppose to be relaxing and fun....well I can tell you this...I like to golf...... am I good at it....ummm Not Really...does it relax me...ummm a definite NO....After about the first three holes I am so frustrated because the ball never goes where I want it to..... even after lessons...lol....but I still make my way through to the 18th hole...tee hee..I guess it is one of those games you love to hate but keep on playing.....

We have made it to day 30 of the 365 day challenge and are still going strong......good job everyone.......to more learning and more photos to come.......

Here is something every girl can relate to, they are essentials in the bathroom and they are the things that seem to disappear just as fast.....

In our house the bathroom counter always has a few, the vacuum cleaner eats a few a week I'm sure but they are something you always have to have just in case you need to put that piece of hair back that is just not cooperating with you....

YUM...this is the first time this year that I have purchased some cherries and they did not disappoint...yum yum!!
