Families and Celebration

Family is the most important thing you can have.....I spent the evening with the Knapp/Martens Family who just recently got engaged...Congrats to D and R.....I am looking forward to your wedding in 2014.....P, S and L were a joy to work with.....which included the bootie shake and all....thank-you for the evening...

This also marks the 1st Birthday of someone special...my nephew turned 1........Happy Birthday Cedric.....we had Thomas the train all around with a fantastic dinner and birthday celebration....

This is also Father's Day weekend so to all the dads, grandfathers, brothers and such.............Happy Fathers Day to all of you

Week 43

Bbq season is upon us, same with sprinkler time and catching a few rays of sunshine.....

Please check back over the next few weeks as I will have lots of fun sessions to post....families, babies and engagements are on the agenda.....Can't wait...I am so excited....

With a Heavy Heart

Letting go is one of the hardest things to do, even when we know it is for the best...as someone once said, sometimes the right thing and the hardest thing are one in the same.....

I am thankful that I have documented our lifes to the fullest and have pictures and memories to look back on....

After 14 years we laid to rest a part of our family Minnie...she will truly be missed and always loved.....

Weeks 41 -42

Let Summer begin...

Activities are slowly coming to a close and school for the year is almost over.....

Over the past two weeks....we have had the pleasure of taking an out of town trip to Calgary...which for the first time ever, I left my camera bag neatly packed by the front door.....uhhh, I felt lost for the weekend....as the scenery around us was beautiful by the lake.....but with that said, we still spent the weekend celebrating birthdays, friendship and family......xoxox

Yard clean-up is in full swing....adding a touch of warmth with some flowers....and some new ornaments....

We also attended the 10th anniversary bbq for 3rd Street Beat and what a great time my children had......

I also had to pleasure of seeing a friend that I have not seen since my Nait days...we won't date it...lol....but it has been years and it was such a pleasure to sit and chat with her and her fiance...I am so happy for her as she is getting MARRIED...yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Congratulations to V and P on your engagement.....

Over the next couple of weeks...I look forward to my family sessions, bbqs and get togethers and to a wonderful friend who is making a move down here.....
